Did I get that right? Bush is passing out the new 3 trillion dollar budget on laptops??
Because it saves money and is more environmentally friendly?

Has this man never heard of a flash drive?

10. Hell with flash drives...
you can get 2000 copies of a CD, or a DVD, pressed and delivered in less than a week. Much cheaper than flash drives.
