How will the next "moderate" President control the "radical" Congress??

That might propose all kinds of radical, socialist shit? They might even come forth with a universal healthcare plan? Or a jobs program if the economy gets real bad? Or they may even try to raise taxes to save the ill-fated Social Security Program? Or give more food stamps to the poor? Or pass extra weeks of unemployment for those that cannot find a job? What does the next President do if that happens? :sarcasm:
