What if all those Bush-appointed people resigning are moving to his ranch in Paraguay?

Resigning to "spend more time with their families" before the end that they all know is coming?

Do the prevailing winds from Iran carry fall-out toward Paraguay?

. . . in that temperature increase projections for the world show that Paraguay is the only, and I do mean only country that will have negligible temperature increases.
