I subscribed to AAR podcasts just to be able to listen to her whenever I want--her voice is very soothing. That and she's wicked smart. It's amazing how many people love her, and rightfully so. She is damm good at what she does, and pleasant to boot.

Who has always thought Rachel was hot!

It's her personality that clinches it. She's upbeat without being perky, witty without being obvious, and just generally effervescent. A thoroughly pleasant person.
