The Naked lead the blind
Is this the fate of humankind?

The naked, all ashamed of what we are
Try to condemn us in every way, the image of God they mar
More laws, more rules, regulations, statutes and creeds
All ensure we do not mature

The blind are not ashamed, but cannot see the suffering around them
They ignore and blame everything and anything except the cause
Feigned ignorance, if only you opened your eyes!

...the blind have to be pretty cautious what they reach for. And the naked may wish they had worn a cup or a brass operatic brassiere.

I might add that the naked might need BOTH a cup and a brass operatic brassiere. I didn't mean it to be an either-or thing. And for that matter, for both sexes.

...that unless the naked are leading the blind in Florida, California, Hawaii or another state with a temperate climate, that the naked stand a good chance of getting a cold. To quote the movie Mystery Men, "Maybe you should put some shorts on, or something, if you wanna keep on fighting evil today."

It would be nice if there was a mechanism for deleting duplicate posts, but as long as there isn't, I might as well make use of them.
