Does anyone remember an amazing video (poem)from a few years ago here on DU...
It was a poem, with 20 or so different people each saying a line, in new York. I used to watch it over and over and get tears in my eyes. I can't remember the name at all. I remember reading about the filmmaker. He is (was) a young black man in film school. Someone sent him the poem and he made the video.
If anyone can remember even the name, i am looking for it.

4. It started out saying this is the blackest time we can remember. right after Bush took power
the second time. the theme was all throughout history there have been dark times, but we don't give up. and th4 poem goes through history telling of the fighters that lived beofre us.
going to cry, just remembering.

One which was uploaded to the Current TV website of the time.

It was after the 2004 election, and the theme was that it's the workers who built America, etc.
