Idea for president --- the people have a right to a voice
We need to be the engine behind what happens in this country. Can we get behind an "Idea For President" and take this to our elected representatives?

Introduction: Help Wanted

Since it has become impossible for a poor person to run for the Presidency of the United States of America nowadays, and because I don’t foresee either party promoting a candidate who has the goods to help us adjust the present to insure a future, I have decided to run an Idea For President.

I will promote the candidacy of anyone from any party who endorses this Idea and pledges to make it a priority of his or her administration. My support for any candidate for any other office will also depend upon their endorsement of this Idea.

In these stormy times there are so many issues in the wind, so many small and large differences that divide us up into separate, competing groups, that We, the people, can never speak to power with one voice.

Instead of waiting for the parties or candidates to supply solutions, perhaps it is time for the people to generate a solution and then ask who will implement it.

People Finally United?

When the Earth becomes too poisoned to support human life, all of our other differences, big and small, will suddenly seem trivial.

If every day more citizens of the USA are unable to earn a dependable living, unable to feed their children a proper, nourishing diet and provide for their education, unable to afford healthcare and housing for their families, then We, The People, must unite to impose our solutions upon our “leaders”.
For if we do not unite to restore and detoxify this planet, we will certainly be united in our extinction.

1. The reality of climate change
will be the great uniter. But it won't save the country (democracy or economy). And by the time everyone acknowledges that something must be done about climate change, will it be too late??

2. 1.2 Million people voted for HRC in Florida /Michigan
Don't forget there are 1.2 million people who went to the polls for Hillary that are not being counted.

3. I'm very glad they aren't counting them. That would be against the rules.
Across the nation, I'm sure there are millions of dead people, who if they were still alive, would vote for Hillary. They don't count them either. It's really a bummer for Hill, I know, but that's the rules.

Live it or live with it!

the rules say if no clear candidate is found the dnc can vote to count them at the convention. the will of the people has to be counted. The committee can decide to count them at the convention if neither party has the number of delegates or votes necessary to win the nomination.

And the rule of the people will not be ignored. You should except this when it happens because it more than likely will. People voted and Obama lacks the political experience to put his name on the ballot in at least one state. This lack of experience is a good argument for some. He hasn't even completed one term in his current post.

7. I did, which is why I know you don't have any idea what the rules are. Not that that matters to you.

The committee assumes challenges. page 23 part c they can create an alternative system. there is affirmative action to include votes of minorities that were not counted. Hillary is female she could be discriminated against. People hold up signs iron my shirt at her speeches. Also some black party members have pledged to switch votes. many view this as racist. this could spark affirmative action. both of these issues.
