Patriotic, soul-stirring, butt-clenching PHOTO: Junior and Pickles give a big thumbs-up to Monrovia

9. You may laugh, but...
...I called a client yesterday who wanted me to send some materials to them via UPS. I asked her to confirm the address. She replied "Wait a minute, I need to look it up."

That's right, she needed to look up the address of the building she works in 5 days a week, 52 weeks a year.

So I can imagine there have been many times that Junior has looked out the window of the Kennebunkport Compound and said "You know what, dad? It's really sweet livin' on Lake Erie."

:spray:

11. Well, it is possible that she's new and hasn't learned it yet, or
she doesn't need to know it. Only has to give it out three times a year - or less. Or, if her company has more than one facility, the package may have been going to the other place. An example of this is billing vs shipping address. The lady with whom you are speaking may have been located at the billing address and the package was going to the shipping address - or vice versa.

Not knowing the exact address that a package is to be delivered to is not comparable to not being able to locate a country on a map.

At least, that's my observation from when I worked at a company with 2 facilities and I had to look up the other facility's address the two times a year I was asked for it by a vendor or customer.
