If the Federal court ever frees Siegelman pending his appeal, do the repukes appeal that decision to The Supreme Court and drag this out another year or two?

1. I suppose they could and would - but regardless of the outcome of his appeal
I would suggest that the first order of business for our newly sworn in president should be to unconditionally pardon Don Siegelman (and other political prisoners as well) and declare him absolved of all of the (trumped-up) charges. What a message that would be to all those accomplices in the theft of our government and the destruction of its foundation, the rule of law.
