What are some of the things Clinton did to cause Republicans so much fatigue?

What are some of the things Clinton did to cause Republicans so much fatigue?

We are all aware of how Bush* has fatigued the nation. War, Debt, Secrecy, War Profiteering, Law Breaking, Torture, the list goes on and on, but what did Clinton do that we should be proud of that really pissed off the Republicans on a constant basis to cause so-called "Clinton Fatigue" I certainly know why I am completely fatigued but I just can not figure out why Republicans were over Clinton. It seems to me they were in their hey day and just couldn't let Clinton go. They used him as an excuse far into the Bush* terms. In fact they still are to some extent..

1. Maybe they're tired from their nonstop assault on all things Clinton

which began before he even took office.

2. The Clintons were portrayed as manipulative and sneaky by the media

and every move they have made since has been twisted into a referendum of "see, we told you so".
