This lawsuit involves the trashing of my spouse's credit, his ability to bank and have checks cashed at local "Cashex" controlled groceries, and department stores, the hold - sometimes for up to twelve days - put on his bank transactions etc.
If you wish to be part of a class action lawsuit, and the following situation, see below, is true for you too, please contact me at elisemattu02 AT yahoo.com
Do not use the words "Re:" or "regarding" in the header or your email will be placed into my bulk mail where i will not see it.
Situation that allows you to be part of the lawsuit - You have proof that whatever bank or credit union that you use in California has treated you negatively after Wells Fargo refused to honor a check made on a bank account from one of their bank account holders whose account Wells Fargo closed out while valid checks were still outstanding.
In other words, if Wells Fargo allowed their customer to close out an account while you held a valid check from that account, and then your bank fined you penalties, threatened to end your banking privileges etc, please email me.
You do NOT have to reveal to me your banking details - only that Wells Fargo treated you in the manner described. In my case, husband's credit union began to treat his banking dealings in a less than favorable manner after the non-honored check cost him hundreds of dollars in penalties and bank overdrafts.
