What do you feel the number of actual voters there will be ?
I saw all sorts of bumper stickers in 2000 and 2004 . In 2006 they vanished . It's 2008 and I don't see any at all again .
Do you feel many people just gave up after we were burned again in 2006 midterms with all the promises now broken ?
Are bumper stickers out these days ?
I hear all about many voters in these primaries but what exactly does this reflect ?
I look at this and have to wonder what the GE turnout will be because voting in primaries does not seal a deal for voting in the GE .
Personally I am at the point where I just don't give a damn anymore , I know this contradicts my post here but it is a question I ask just to get feed back from others here .
I fully expect to get burned once again no matter who wins and this is provided there is still an election , I can't rule this out as a possibilty not the way things have become . I can't rule out fixed elections if they do happen either . Lots of time left before Nov and as anyone can see things change for the worst almost every single day .
I post this for this subject only . It is not for who feels who is the next best thing since sliced bread .
republicans are not thrilled with Mccain, and only the rabid hillary-haters will bother to vote.. the independents probably sit this one out...turned off obama supporters (especially after SC) may stay home in protest
Mccain-Obama...maybe double the turnout
republicans may feel obligated to vote ..to avoid a blowout...but the independents & obama supporters would want a big mandate...
All over the country, election boards are freaking out over the overwhelming new voter registrations. No kidding. If you do a news search for "voter registration", you see what I mean.
