I sadly doubt it is his Farewell Tour, so WHAT is Dick Cheney up to on this trip? He's been to Australia, Japan and Pakistan. The Afghanistan stop was cancelled due to weather. I fear this was another sales trip. Is he strong-arming them on Iran? Or something else?
