When Did The Rules Change?
When I first cam to DU you had to have so many posts to start a thread. Now any Tom, Dick Freeper or troll can post threads with single digit posts.

5. The rules say that they will not state a specific number.
They won't state a number, but it is not very high.

E-mail the administrators if you think there is a problem.

16. Then that would be the precedent set when DU was first created.
As I said, that was back in 2001. I have no idea if it's fluctuated since then or not.
