Police: Teen pimp lures girls into illegal sex

DALLAS — She's just 13 years old, a middle-schooler who is now facing charges involving a serious crime.

Police arrested the girl at a local nightclub where she was allegedly bringing other young girls to dance and to serve as prostitutes.

Investigators said the 13-year-old lured other girls to Club Metropolis, enticing them with the promise of money and even forcing some of them to dance and sell their bodies for sex.

Police estimate there are hundreds of teenage prostitutes on the streets of Dallas because there is a big demand. Recently, they found a 12-year-old girl dancing naked at a nightclub.

Drawing back the curtain, yes, but I believe it's grown to be much more prevalent, and will continue to. As the rich grow richer and the poor grow poorer, as the upper classes lose all pretense of religion & ethics, there will be a larger underclass the "decent folks" refuse to go near - and so will lose any remaining influence over.

ofcourse its very easy to get hugely outraged about a child sex worker but what exactly are we doing about children growing up in poverty? or for runaway teens

where were the men in the clubs watching this 12 year old being disgusted and protecting the child. where were the adult strippers protecting this child

Even if what they are doing is technically prostitution, they are not of age to even form consent anyway, and are inevitably the victims in such scenarios.

I steadfastly support the right of consenting adults to engage in prostitution.
