Truckers' strike
According to the radio (Chicago WBBM 780, CBS radio news) the long-rumored independent truckers' strike started this morning. Story says it is a 1 day strike.

Honestly, I don't think this is going to make much of an impact. The number of truckers who can actually strike is so low we may not even notice it. But maybe they can at least make their point heard--federal fuel taxes and greedy oil companies are killing them.
