2. Many may have to spend it just to live on.
$300, $600 or $1200 dollars isn't going to go far in todays economy

At todays gas price of $3.30/gal
Average fill 15 gallons

$300 will buy 6 tanks of gas. Now I use a tank of gas a week on each of my cars that would be 3 weeks of gas. WOW! Some stimulus for the oil companies.

3. And of course the Oil Companies need more profits..
We can thank Mr. Bush, and this rebate deal so that the oil companies, as well as the electric companies,natural gas co. and credit card companies can some bill payments. real stimulus for the economy...Great thinking Mr. Bush..

The rebate will just about cover my state income taxes.
Wonder if they could just do direct deposit?
