she is on CNN being interviewed . i'm not just talking about what she says but how she says it.

She's not there for what she says, but as a prop.

This regime got tired of having its Press mouthpieces being pummeled by the White House stenographers. They were getting their asses handed to them when a Snowjob or Snotty or Fleischer attempted to confront the media. The strategy changed from confrontation to outright ignoring.

When Perino gets pummeled, then people feel sorry for her...poor thing. It's all image...and she's gotten so boring that you rarely see a press briefing any more...and that's how this regime likes it.
