Michael Brown and Mark Penn to form a new company?

The new company will be called "Brown and Penn"
and will specialize in helping out companies and governmental
agencies in "meeting their goals" and will have a new up front
billing cycle that has their clients pay them before they do the
work at fees more than double the market rate.

At Brown and Penn we are not happy until you are not happy
