I'm not used to being undecided - a question...
Back in 2003 when I first registered in DU I already had a candidate picked out to support during the primaries and that was John Kerry. I have always had a candidate picked from the start in past elections and could never be considered an undecided voter.

This time around it's different and I have no clue to who I am going to vote for on super tuesday (I live in Maryland). It may depend on who are the two or three main contenders at that time.

Being a man without a candidate this time around I have a question for those of you who do have one candidate picked out for your support:

"Without criticizing the other candidates, what would you say to an undecided voter to convince him/her that your candidate is the one who deserves the undecided person's support for the Democratic Presidential nomination in 2008?"

1. I think

...that being undecided at this time is a great thing. You'll be looking at the candidates with an open mind. Just go with the flow, we've got a year.

I like a few of the candidates, if the primaries were tomorrow I'm not sure how I would vote.

cheers

2. Question:
is there anyone who hasn't yet announced that you would immediately support?

And I love it. It's so liberating. I say enjoy the process and take your time. There's no rush. That's what I plan to do.

That's my plea to keep you undecided I suppose. ;)

4. We call it "tolerance for ambiguity."
It's a good thing in Democrats.

6. I'm UNCOMMITTED......I'm waiting for Gore
to announce that he definitely WILL or WILL NOT run for President.....

But I get great vibes from Clinton, Edwards and Obama. I need to study up on Gov. Richardson and Gov. Vilseck.

7. I'm in the same boat and also vote on Super Tuesday
unless Gore or Clark get in the race I'm leaning towards Hillary right now

she's smart as hell, has a great "kitchen table" adviser who will make an outstanding "Ambassador without a Portfolio" to clean up the foreign mess we're in.

and I like the idea of voting for a woman. I'd rather it was Maxine Waters, but hey! what can ya do?

So i'm watching them all carefully and I have some serious reservations about HC too, but am willing to give all of them a listen.

Glad I don't have to decide just yet

:hi:
