Sure there's no such thing as climate change...
This is the 5th day that we have been under Severe or Very High risk of fire danger. It's April 23 typically our rainiest portion of the year. Mind you, this isn't out in southern California or in Arizona, New Mexico or Montana, this is in Western New York. Over the weekend alone there were 40 brush and grass fires of varying degrees of severity.

Sure thing climate change does not exist.

DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

FIRE DANGER WILL CONTINUE INTO THIS EVENING...ALTHOUGH MORE CLOUD
COVER AND HIGHER RELATIVE HUMIDITIES THIS AFTERNOON WILL MAKE FOR
LESS RISK COMPARED TO THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS.

DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

FIRE DANGER WILL INCREASE AGAIN THURSDAY AND CONTINUE INTO FRIDAY
AS PLENTY OF SUNSHINE RETURNS AND RELATIVE HUMIDITIES DROP BELOW
30 PERCENT IN THE AFTERNOON...ESPECIALLY THURSDAY. THE COMBINATION OF
TINDER DRY DEAD GRASS AND BRUSH COMBINED WITH THE LOW RELATIVE
HUMIDITIES WILL RESULT IN AN INCREASED RISK OF GRASS AND BRUSH
FIRES.

SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTER ACTIVATION IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

1. It was 86 degrees in eastern Massachusetts today
Very weird - Usually we get 40's and 50's in April. Maybe up to 60 on mild days. It's been in the 70's and 80's all week so far.
