Doesn't look as big as the last couple on radar, but that means nothing if the winds start twisting.

Storm Damage Reported In Erath County
CBS 11 Storm Team

NORTH TEXAS (CBS 11 News/ AP) ― Several tornadoes may have touched down in North Texas on Wednesday as part of a severe thunderstorm system that knocked down some power lines, trees and sheds as it moved across the state, weather officials said.

The storm has prompted numerous tornado warnings. The massive thunderstorm continues heading west toward the metro area.

Trained storm spotters sighted a tornado 14 miles west of Breckenridge. Another tornado was reported in Erath County near Morgan Mill, and the same one appears to have touched down nearby in Palo Pinto County, said Nick Hampshire, a meteorologist with the NWS in Fort Worth.

1. I just missed those, I drove across Texas today
yes, I drove all the way across Texas, Shreveport LA to south eastern New Mexico

and I saw those bad boys up on the northern horizon, black as black up there and got a tornado warning over the radio for an area about 40 miles north of where I was. The tornado was moving SE and I was headed due west, but it looked nasty up there.

:scared:
