Could almost have gotten high off the fumes if I had decided to follow them. Funny, but good, to see a train of pot smokers get escorted down the street my police protection hehe.

Unfortunately a shoplifter used the opportunity to escape by blending in with the crowd. Went to one of the police officers and he told me I should call 911. WTF? You are right here and he's like 40ft away. I'm not calling 911 for a petty shoplifting incident, and a cop told me too which is really weird.
Usually we call the police's non emergency # for small incidents.
