What derisive nickname will ultimately stick to McCain?
I know that there is plenty of time before the GE gets into full swing. There are already some good ones floating around, such as McInsane and McSame. I'm just curious if there will be a nickname that will ultimately stick to him.

11. I just noticed you beat me to it. But you're exactly right:
there are WAY too many people around here exhibiting premature elation...overcoming a very real and very widespread American reluctance to elect either a woman or a black man is going to be a far greater challenge than most DUers are willing to admit. We may be the "tortoise and the hare" in reverse if we don't watch out.

"Chimp" has been a very serviceable nickname for Bush, as he has a very strong je-ne-sais-quoi caché of simian charm about him.

If McCain's head resembled that of an animal, for example a turtle, it might solve the nickname issue the way it did with Chimpy.
