Kucinich: WHY ARE WE STILL IN IRAQ?!!!!
From a morning speech on the House Floor

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OYgI7NhDQ5A

Damn Good Question!!

We were promised when we voted for Democratic candidates that they would work to end the war but they have done NOTHING to end the war. I find it infuriating that Bush even introduced the 'surge' shortly afterward. Enough is Enough!!

If they won't do the job we hired them to do, we need to find new Democratic canididates that will.

1. The Oil has not been transfrerred over to US/UK Corps.
After that is finalized US/UK Troops must remain to protect the Oil fields & Pipelines.

7. no legislation-no funding-no war-no more war profiteering
It simple. All Nancy has to do is not bring forth legislation for more funding for the war.

4. I wonder how McCain/Bush will spin the arrest of the al Qaeda leader in Iraq
I mean, if al Qaeda is virtually defunct of its leadership, why do we need 140,000 troops in Iraq?

9. Aint that the truth!
Thanks to the Corporate media, many people still don't even know who he is.

Makes you wonder about the people the Corporate media does let us get to 'know'

12. One has to wonder
if people will ever wake up and say no, I will not let the media determine my vote; no to the premise that the candidates with the most money are the only ones with a chance; no, the party machine should not be allowed to eliminate candidates.

I find herd mentality abhorrent!

13. KO: The point of the war in Iraq is...
As Olbermann said last night: "And the point of the war in Iraq is to make sure there is a war in Iraq."

I don't have a video link, but Raw has a partial transcript:
