trademark owner, Houghton Mifflin Co., has filed lawsuits in the past against people who have violated their trademark, especially in ways they felt would demean the brand. They even went to court - http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/com/sol/foia/ttab/2dissues/2002/110282.pdf - to stop the band "Furious George" from using that name.

I just sent them an email heads-up - although my bet is they are already on to this. :)
