10. Few Congressmen have ever voted more inimically to the interests of most of their constituents
than Marsha. Look for her to be returned to office by an electorate having, in general, an astounding lack of acumen.

7. She's got some issues with her bookkeeping too..
just little understandable mistakes, over $400,000 worth. Her son and his wife just so happened to make out pretty well as a result of one of these eensy mistakes too. Go figure.

8. Schoolhouse Rock lesson:
All Representatives are up for re-election every even-numbered year. I agree with you about Marsha (Marsha! Marsha! Marsha!) Blackburn. She reminds me of a stereotypical dumb sorority girl.

Yeah, yeah, every two years. I was confused when I didn't see the standard begging for re-election moolah on the front of her site.

Move along, nothing to see here but the maroon. :P

12. If she's in the House, she is...
All 435 members of the U.S. House are up for reelection.

Sad, isn't it?

13. She has a challenger in the republican primary this year
For the first time since she was first elected in 2002. There are two in the democratic primary and a couple of independents for the race this year. Last time with a weak Dem candidate (he was not really weak, he just could not raise much money to compete) she won with about 65% of the vote in the district.

I hope she loses but I would not count her out. Neither Dem has any name recognition or much money as I understand it.
