Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) and why the Repubs are toast in '08

Check out the first minute or so of today's TOTN on NPR -- I couldn't stomach more than two -- to see why the Republicans are going to lose, and lose big, in November.

This Marsha Blackburn has to be the most clueless politicians I've ever heard. She's under the impression it's shortly after a huge Rep. landslide and Americans are clamoring for tax breaks and smaller government. And I always though Ileana Ros-Lehtinen was the dumbest congress member. Wow!

let me assure you - there is no contest - Blackburn IS the dumbest!
She was one of the main speakers when they were smearing Murtha.
She regularly calls with recorded messages and fills the mailbox with "mean old Democrats" messages and cannot address an issue other than the pre-recorded lines provided to her by the RW talking points memo.

5. Ugh, I listened to a few minutes of this on my way home today.

I kept thinking, Man, this woman is a flippin' moran--who is it, Liddy Dole? But no. Stupid is endemic in the GOP.
