Little Lord Pissypants speaks on Ted Kennedy...
Edited on Tue May-20-08 07:08 PM by uppityperson
"Laura and I are concerned to learn of our friend Senator Kennedy's diagnosis. Ted Kennedy is a man of tremendous courage, remarkable strength, and powerful spirit. Our thoughts are with Senator Kennedy and his family during this difficult period. We join our fellow Americans in praying for his full recovery."

Though I don't think it was really him, what will all those big words. Edited because I misspelled asshole's nickname.

3. I hope Teddy says, "I'm not Bush's friend." But he won't. Too much of a gentleman. n/t

6. Ted Kennedy IS Bush's friend - but Bush isn't Kennedy's friend.
I do believe Ted Kennedy would be decent toward Satan himself. The man doesn't have a mean bone in his body in spite of the fact he's been on the receiving end of shear meanness all his life.

4. Words fail me.
I considered many very bad words to sum up my take on the Dic-tater-tot's statement, but in deference to Teddy's grave situation, I'm gritting my teeth and sending every best wish and karma to Senator Kennedy and his family.

7. "Concerned". . .a fabulous choice of words.
Anyone who is "concerned" anymore sends off alarms for me :)

8. c'mon - it was a decent statement
there are a lot of people here who make similar statements when neocons, and other lesser-human scum conservatives fall ill. They expect a bit of respect for their comments.

Lets recognize a decent acknowledgement.

9. It is a decent acknowledgement by his spokesperson. As I wrote...
Though I don't think it was really him, what will all those big words.

11. You spelled "asshole" okay
That would have done just as well. Personally, I like "pissypants", too. It describes his military and hawk experience well.
