I'm not sure exactly what's in a Big Mac. The grey burger-like patty isn't anything approaching consumer cuts of beef (it's a compressed, frozen, meat-like slurry, partially animal in origin - the chopped up veins and bits of sinew prove that), and the cheese is more like plastic than dairy, and the bun (can this be bread?), and the "secret sauce" (still an industrial secret, got me stumped there).

Anybody know?

One thing's for sure - I'll never eat another.
