New oil price record: $132.08. US oil inventories fell by
5.5 million barrels last week.

Will it ever stop? Will it retreat?

Guess we can only hide and watch....

1. This whole damn thing
Smells just like "ENRON"!

The manipulated the price of electricity, and lied about it while making millions, now the oil companies are doing the same thing on a much larger scale, and Bush and company are allowing them to get away with it. Congress needs to get some balls and put an end to this kind of crap. We the people need to vote every last member of congress who is getting paid by the oil companies out of office, no matter what party they belong to!

3. Bingo!
We're getting worked, and people claim that it is not so.

Do we as a country ENJOY getting taken for a ride?

4. And I'll bet the Strategic Oil reserve grew by 5.5 million barrels
(just a guess). That's what these oil boys have been doing, bloating the reserve and sending a signal to their hedge fund buddies that the gravy train will be steaming along until they're out of office.

9. Didn't they stop filling the emergency reservoir?
So why would that go down, if it's never used but constantly filled?
