Madagascar
Kuwait
Mozambique
Laos
Cyprus
Nicaragua
Croatia
Libya
Cuba
Bosinia and Herzegovina
China
Indonesia
Egypt
Kazakhstan
Syria
Rwanda
Serbia
El Salvador
Cambodia

I listed these countries because many of them, at least in my lifetime, have engaged in civil wars or have known terrorist cells. And yet the US is STILL #97
