most important point about McCain's health records
isn't it lucky for him that he has taxpayer funded health insurance that has kept him in such good health for so long?

1. Classic Friday p.m. dump
The way they put out those "records," limited to three hours of viewing - no copying allowed - by a chosen few "journalists." No one has any way of knowing how redacted they are, and what really throws me is that the "press" takes this crap from McSenile's campaign staff.

There should be such outrage, it would make Hillary Clinton's braindead comments about RFK's assassination look minor. But, these lapdogs just take what they're given and then trumpet empty crap about how "robust" McSenile's health is, when, in fact, they got but a peek at his medical records.

Shame on McSenile. Shame on the "press." Shame on them all.

3. personally, I think they did that so they could cover Cindy's tax records
I don't doubt that McCain is in good physical health for a man his age. He's got the access to and money to pay for the best health care in the world. (It's his mental health I'd worry about)

It's no coincidence that they took the opportunity to stealthily release Cindy's financial info at the same time all the reporters were combing through John's medical records.

5. That, too,
and not one alleged journalist is going to point this out, except, maybe Keith Olbermann, but that wouldn't happen until Monday when, as we all know, it's already become old news.

The so-called 'mainstream media" in this country is disgusting.

best that the taxpayers can providehim in health care treatment. My family has to negotiate for years to receive standard health care treatment.

6. How about that he needs Ambien for sleep?
http://www.ambiencr.com/

When you first start taking AMBIEN, use caution in the morning when engaging in activities requiring complete alertness until you know how you will react to this medication. In most instances, memory problems can be avoided if you take AMBIEN only when you are able to get a full night's sleep (7 to 8 hours) before you need to be active again. As with any sleep medication, do not use alcohol while you are taking AMBIEN.

Sleepwalking, and eating or driving while not fully awake, with amnesia for the event, have been reported. If you experience any of these behaviors contact your provider immediately. In rare cases, sleep medicines may cause allergic reactions such as swelling of your tongue or throat, shortness of breath or more severe results. If you have an allergic reaction while using AMBIEN, contact your doctor immediately.

Side effects at any dose may include:

Anterograde amnesia
Hallucinations, through all physical senses, of varying intensity
Delusions
Altered thought patterns
Ataxia or poor motor coordination, difficulty maintaining balance<30>
Euphoria and/or dysphoria
Increased appetite
Decreased libido
Amnesia
Impaired judgment and reasoning
Uninhibited extroversion in social or interpersonal settings
Increased impulsivity

Bet we wouldn't have access to that. I really don't call his medical records being put out there. they are hiding something. No copies no details. All BS.

As a prisoner of war, Mr. McCain told doctors, he had tried to commit suicide twice to avoid breaking under torture. He said he never lost a sense of reality during captivity but that frightening memories of his captivity have come back at times.

By 1977, he said he had “all but forgotten the traumas of captivity.”

12. He's had it from birth. He will have it until he dies.
John McCain has had top-notch medical care for his entire life.

From birth, as a dependent of an officer in the U.S. Navy, then as a navy officer himself, then as a congressman, and finally as a senator.

And what's good enough for John (and the rest of congress) should be good enough for us. And if they can't 'afford' to provide for us, then we can't afford to provide it for them.

Period.
