Which doesn't stop some car manufacturers to break the same rules anyway, but I digress...

25. Heck no, I meant more like including "those" words
The kind that parents shouldn't have to explain to their kids. I use those words myself on occasion, but not around kids. Something like this grandma



I should have used the words offensive instead of classless.

Or perhaps something about killing the democratic presumed nominee. I think it could be funny as heck, especially if it has a kill switch.

31. There are certain words that some of those signs won't allow
My Dil has one of the rectangle signs that fit in the back window. It won't allow words like the F word(not sure about other swear words) unless you put enough spaces in between the letters that no one would know unless they follow you forever and keep their eye on the sign.

41. Sad, isn't it?
The big deal according to law enforcement is the type and color the lights are (e.g. no blue, no flashing colors, etc as they are legal solely for emergency vehicles... then one day I saw a Chevy with the license plate and trailer bracket glowing bright blue and the cop behind him didn't care. )

14. I had wanted to design such an item in the late '80's but was told it would be illegal
...so I abandoned the idea. Interesting that several versions of this now exist on the market - I should charge royalties :D

There are some right-wing cops who would just love to pull you over, and this would provide just the excuse they needed. I was kind of menaced by a copy once for my "Bush Thinks You're Stupid" bumper sticker and finally took it off after I got road-raged by a guy in a truck with Jesus stickers all over it.
