Michigan gas prices reach another record: $4.10 a gallon..Bush says "That's interesting!"

DETROIT -- AAA Michigan says gas prices surged 19 cents during the past week to reach a statewide average of $4.10 a gallon.

It surpasses the previous record of $3.91 a gallon set a week ago and represents a 59-cent jump from the pump price last year at this time.

Wondering what he'll say when they ask him about $5/gal gasoline, which I don't think is that far off in the future.

it's a chunk of money. I figure truckers, commuters, jobbers et al are really feeling the pinch.
