Chinese Exports to U.S.
I just heard on teevee that the US took in $300 BILLION in exports from China last year. Holy shit....I knew it was high, but not THAT high.

When possible, shop for "Made in the U.S.A." products. :thumbsup:

2. Yep, I actually bought an American flag made in the USA last weekend
It cost a pretty penny, but I just can't buy one from China.

3. For our safety too
was in a fabric store today and picked up some wide lace trim that reeked of phenol formaldehyde. It smelled like an open bottle of Lysol. (It was also $13.99 a yard!)
Took it to the manager and told her about it. She said she didn't think there was anything wrong with it but would check to see if it had been recalled - not that she would notify or anything else. I am sure it went back on the shelf.

We better start adding up our healthcare costs too.
