Tweety says McClellan decided after the fact that the misadministration went to war in Iraq under false pretenses.

There's been speculation about the possibility of this situation hurting the Repug party.

Wouldn't the idea of "saving the world" at gunpoint still appeal to many RWers, making the supposed earth shattering revelations in the book moot for the majority of hawkish morans?

2. That rationale worked in Vietnam, the Philippines, Mexico, both world wars etc.
It appears to be a popular justification for any American war.
