3. Scott's book = insurance
If he had spoken up DURING his tenure, his a$$ would have been hauled in front of grand juries, Congress, etc, and there wouldn't be as much breadth and depth that a book provides. Now that he has spoken his truth, he has pretty much immunized himself against being Roved or Wellstoned.
