5. If it has less than 5 recs, when you rec, you should kick.
If it's already on the greatest page, then not so much.

7. That's protocol, more or less...
...I'm talking about what is a good ratio of page views to recs to kicks.

Hard to tell, although the more popular the OP, the better the numbers.
