OMG! Did You See Rice's Congratulations to Obama?!?! Downright Surprising (GOOD)
"I think that what we are seeing is an extraordinary expression of the fact that we the people is beginning to mean all of us. I congratulate Senator Obama and Senator McCain on their respective campaigns and on Senator Clinton for hers as well"

I was surprised she made this statement. It's simply the smartest, most positive thing I have ever heard her say.

1. She wants to curry the favor of the next president, whoever that may be.
She may need his or her leniency or even a pardon when the documents from this administration fall into the ands of the next president. There is probably a lot of embarrassing if not incriminating information in the papers that will necessarily be handed over to the successor government.
