For my opinion of Bush to change, everything I list below must happen. Nothing less could possibly make me even give him an inch after all he's done.

1. Dedicate his life to science and gain the power to bring people back from the dead.
2. Revive everyone who was ever killed from his evil agenda.
3. Relive every moment of terror in the eyes of everyone he ever harmed.
4. Meet everyone he ever harmed and beg for forgiveness from all of them and actually mean it.
5. Dedicate himself to the improvement of the lives of everyone for the rest of his days.

If he could actually manage to do all of that. I might change my mind and consider him a decent human being.

You're giving us a hypothetical--a concept someone might suggest when they're stoned. In the reality-based universe, a narcissist, a sociopath, a complete self-absorbed little simeon cannot suddenly become compassionate and altruistic.

So no, our opinions will not change because the entire syllogism:

If Bush became an Altruist, and we like altruism, we'd stop hating Bush.
