New Canadian Chief of Defense staff served in Iraq with US Army.

The Canadian government would like the world to believe that Canada resisted pressure from the Bush gang to send Candian troops to be involved in the Bush/neocon clusterfuck known as the Iraq fiasco, er, I mean invasion. But there is more than one way to skin a cat, as the saying goes, and there were Canadian troops who were attached to US forces and served in Iraq. One of them we find out was a general, the same general who is now to take charge of the Canadian forces as the new Chief of Defense Staff.

They must think we're idiots
In matters of war, the truth doesn't matter

1) Canada's new Chief of Defence Staff was deployed in Iraq

Canadians believe their anti-war protests stopped our involvement in the Iraq war. And a significant number of Canadians believe that there are terrorists in our country. That's because the government and their representatives, the media, the police and the military, have gone to great lengths to convince us of that.

Our new Chief of Defence StaffLt. Gen. Walter Natynczyk (Wikipedia) is walking breathing proof that Canada was and is up to its eyeballs in the Iraq war - only it was done in a sly way, by sending our military to the US and from there to Iraq, as if they were Americans:

LGen Natynczyk attended the U.S. Army War College and was subsequently appointed Deputy Commanding General, III Corps and Fort Hood. In January 2004, he deployed with III Corps to Baghdad, Iraq, serving first as the Deputy Director of Strategy, Policy and Plans and subsequently as the Deputy Commanding General of the Multi-National Corps (Iraq) during Operation IRAQI Freedom. LGen Natynczyk led the Corps' 35,000 soldiers, consisting of 10 separate brigades, stationed throughout the Iraq Theatre of Operations. <1>

Upon his return to Canada he assumed command of the Land Force Doctrine and Training System. He was subsequently appointed Chief Transformation where he was responsible for implementation of the force restructuring and the enabling processes and policies.

He has been busy since then indoctrinating our soldiers in US style aggression.

Natynczyk is known mostly as a tough guy, a soldier's soldier (Star)

Just what we need. Another guy who loves to kill by proxy and shed a crocodile tear or two, when in his cups, for the dead cannon fodder. Note, both he and Hillier have served the military a long, long time and they're still alive.
