...I know that there is SOME way to understand Bush's 28% club.

Just like there's a way to understand why Jeffrey Dahmer used to "drill holes into the brain of his drugged victims and pour acid into the frontal lobes in hopes of creating a lobotomized zombie." As Dahmer himself said, "I wanted to see if it was possible to make -- again, it sounds really gross -- uh, zombies, people that would not have a will of their own, but would follow my instructions without resistance. So after that, I started using the drilling technique."

KNOWING there's logic behind it doesn't necessarily make me want to listen to the logic...and it sure as hell isn't going to make me feel better about the person drilling the holes, whether it's Bush or Dahmer.
