Lindbergh's deranged quest for immortality
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/magazine/7420026.stm

.....

Eugenics

"Some people, even academics and science students, are still shocked when they hear about the contribution that the aviator Lindbergh made to developing life-saving cardiac machinery," says Friedman.

But there was a serious downside to what Friedman refers to as Lindbergh and Carrel's "daring quest" to live forever.

Carrel was a eugenicist with fascistic leanings. He believed the world was split into superior and inferior beings, and hoped that science would allow the superior - which included himself and Lindbergh, of course - to dominate and eventually weed out the inferiors.

He thought the planet was "encumbered" with people who "should be dead", including "the weak, the diseased, and the fools". Something like Lindbergh's pump was not intended to help the many, but the few.

Lindbergh himself sympathised with the Nazis.

"I wouldn't say Lindbergh was the philosophical partner of Himmler or Hitler," says Friedman. "But yes, he certainly admired the order, science and technology of Nazi Germany - and the idea of creating an ethnically pure race."

Friedman says Lindbergh considered himself a "superior being". "Let's not forget that, as a pilot, he felt he had escaped the chains of mortality. He had had a god-like experience. He flew amongst the clouds, often in a cockpit that was open to the elements. Flying was such a rare experience back then. In taking to the skies, he did something humans have dreamt of for centuries. So it is perhaps not surprising that he ended up trying to play god in a laboratory."

3. American Axis
Many prominent Americans sympathized with Hitler and his "Jewish" problem. Lindberg, Henry Ford and Joseph P. Kennedy (Amb. to Britain) among the leading culprits. FDR was said to have turned a blind eye to many of them until he became convinced that America needed to involve itself in the European war for financial reasons.

6. For a man "concerned "with over population
he had a couple of "secret families" in Europe, so he was not shy about reproduction. Hypocrisy .

Lets face it Hitler had many secret "soul mates" in America.. Planned Parenthood was never founded or intended for white upper class women.. its purpose was to get rid of the minorities, the mentally deficient and the poor .... Another of Hitler's soul mates that has approached sainthood in America

10. LOL if you did not know that fact, you are poorly read
Sanger explicitly called her work "nothing more or less than the facilitation of the process of weeding out the unfit, of preventing the birth of defectives or those who will become defectives."

Woman and the New Race (1920... Sanger )

Chp 18...THE GOAL
http://www.bartleby.com/1013/18.html

". . .there is sufficient evidence to lead us to believe that the so-called 'borderline cases' are a greater menace than the out-and-out "defective delinquents" who can be supervised, controlled and prevented from procreating their kind."

Margaret Sanger. The Pivot of Civilization.
Brentano's Press, NY, 1922, p. 91

The American Eugenic Society (AES) officially endorsed her group in 1932, and Sanger was a dues-paying member of the AES through the 1960s. Among those on her council was Lothrop Stoddard, a prominent racist who wrote The Rising Tide of Color Against White Supremacy and who also published eugenic articles in Sanger's magazine.

The truth is the truth no matter what side of "choice" you fall on.. unless you believe in rewriting history. The founder of PP is who she is.

I do not believe that is the philosophy of todays PP staff or administration.. but that is the foundation is was built on.

As for my position... it really does not matter does it? I just like taking off the rose colored glasses and looking for truth.

How about you?
