(really, that's what it's called) to avoid liability.

Act of God or act of nature is a legal term for events outside of human control, such as sudden floods or other natural disasters, for which no one can be held responsible./i]

genetically modified seed. Not everyone wanted those seeds-Monsanto has now contaminated the entire midwest flooded area.
