1. I can't/won't watch him. He's nothing but Karl Rove's dance partner to me.

2. It was better the one day Rachel filled in for him ... agreed Gregory sucks
I expected more from him but he's a REALLY bad host ... He waits until the
last minute to advise his panelists he has to go to a break, often promising
to come back to them, and then he doesn't. Knowing when a break is coming
up is a BASIC skill required of a show host and he doesn't seem to be picking
up on that.

On the upside: At least he's backed off having Joe Scabrous on so frequently!

4. What took you so long
Do describe David Gregory as friggin horrible is way to generous. The only reason this awful program is still on air is Rachel Maddow. David Gregory is an ill-informed Rethug hack and he's worse than lite beer - he's gawd awful shandy. I detest the fugger. At least Fugger Carlon was a dim-witted comedian, but Gregory pretends to be a journalist.

5. David Gregory needs to go back to just reporting, because he can't do the hosting. He is boring
and does not seem to have the intellect to engage an audience.

8. I stopped watching MSNBC a few weeks ago (except for K.O on occassion)...

after Chris Matthews admitted he had lunch with Paul Wolfowitz and Wolfowitz told him that the real reason for invading Iraq was to create freedom through "coercive democracy" rather than a preemptive strike against WMD. Matthews sat on this "news" for years until Scott McClellan's book came out and he finally admitted to the lunch on Hardball a few weeks ago. I'm still fuming. Damn, Chris, how many lives might you have saved had you told the world???

Besides, this is a bunch that likes to discuss politics among themselves, for themselves -- polls, demographics, campaign strategy -- and then combine it into sweeping generalizations that are more often than not trite and cliche. Matthews and Russert worked for politicians -- of course politics are/were fascinating to them. But it becomes colossally boring after a while, you know? The same shit, over and over again.

I turn it off and listen to music. Or read D.U.
