Get thee behind me, Skeletor!
Edited on Fri Jun-20-08 09:57 PM by rocknation
Well, I really don't know whether to laugh or cry. I'm watching a TV show about the 1992 kidnapping and murder of a Exxon executive (not by terrorists, but by a disgruntled ex-employee). And what to my wondering eyes should appear but then US New Jersey attorney general turned FEMA-epic failure Michael Chertoff! My mother just asked me, "Why did you call him Skeletor?"

1. She may not get the He-Man reference
Try "Nosferatu" instead.

2. She knows about He-Man--my nephew loved that show when he was little
When he wouldn't sleep in his bed, my mother told him, "I'll bet He-Man and She-Ra don't sleep in THEIR mommies' beds!"
