Does anyone know why Public Funding was not given out for the month of May?

Does anyone know why Public Funding was not given out for the month of May?

According to the FEC reports that were filed today, no public funding was given out to the 6 candidates currently accepting matching funds. (Edwards, Tancredo, Dodd, Biden, Hunter and Kucinich)

Did the period for matching funding end (which according to this brochure is not until February/March of next year) or did something happen?

1. I think they are closed and can't give out the money when that is so....

4. They haven't been candidates for a while now but they still got funds last month.
The money is being used to pay off debts.
