2. It wsn't so much the "natural disasters",

it was the "response" to them (or lack of meaningful response) that puts therm in the Bush column of man-made disasters.

"and it's even worse for the Democratic-led Congress." I read a bit too hastily, and that fatuous statement eluded me. Sorry. But it's the sort of "career insurance" that many media types use to establish "balance". (Think: "earning a Brownie-Point" from Da Boss.)
