The Wilsons' Civil Case Just Got Kicked into Overdrive

The docket for the Wilsons' civil case is probably going to add a large number of new filings within very short order.

P.S. In a bit of poetic justice, the precedent set in the Paula Jones civil suit allows the Wilsons to insist on deposing Cheney, Rove, etc.

All inquiries will be charged to your PACER account. If you do not need filing capabilities, enter your PACER login and password. The Client code is provided to the PACER user as a means of tracking transactions by client. This code can be up to thirty two alphanumeric characters long.

with a criminal conviction as evidense I don't see how it couldn't be. maybe snarlin dickhead will have to let lose of some of the Iraq money he stole.

I agree that it makes the Wilson's civil case aka OJ's criminal trial vs his civil trial , stand a much better chance of finding justice.

The judge could make the difference.
